REMEDIATION OF CRIB ROOMS
Trinity Projects and Maintenance Services recently completed a comprehensive crib room remediation project for Perdaman Karratha, addressing significant water damage across 36 crib rooms at their Karratha site. This project had a delivery time of 20 days.
The scope of work involved the removal of water-damaged cupboards, sinks, flooring, and subframes, followed by thorough mould and mildew remediation and treatment to ensure the health and safety of all personnel. After passing a full health and safety inspection, our team proceeded to install new subframes, flooring, and cabinetry, restoring each crib room to a clean, safe, and functional condition.
We are proud to report that the project was completed ahead of schedule, with zero safety incidents, thanks to our team’s commitment to efficient planning, execution, and adherence to strict safety protocols.
Outcome: Fully remediated and operational crib rooms, delivered with minimal disruption to the client’s operations — reinforcing Trinity’s reputation as a reliable partner in mining sector maintenance.
ACCOMMODATION MODULE HANDRAILS
Trinity Projects and Maintenance was engaged by Clough Group to deliver a large-scale handrail fabrication project in support of accommodation facilities upgrade at Ranges Villiage Karratha. The project scope included the fabrication, sandblasting, powder coating, and packaging of 105 custom handrails, designed for use across multiple accommodation modules.

SPRAYBAR FABRICATION
Trinity Projects and Maintenance was contracted by KAW Engineering to fabricate a custom spraybar for use on a vibrating screen at a Rio Tinto iron ore processing site in Western Australia. This critical component plays a key role in washing iron ore during screening operations.
Scope of Work:
- Precision fabrication of the spraybar to engineering specifications
- Galvanising for corrosion resistance
- Rubber lining for internal protection against abrasion
- Comprehensive Manufacturer Data Report compilation
- Execution of Non-Destructive Testing Non-Destructive Testing
- Hydrostatic pressure testing to 2100 kPa to ensure structural integrity
- Final packaging and preparation for transport to site
